    conditional formatting of partial rows

    is it possible to conditional format a partial row depending on the outcome input of a cell?

    I want the row to change colour on only a few cells in the row depending on what is written.

    I have a simple doc showing what results I have got so far and what I want.

    There are no formulas in there just did manual fills to show.
