conditional formatting of partial rows

is it possible to conditional format a partial row depending on the outcome input of a cell?

I want the row to change colour on only a few cells in the row depending on what is written.

I have a simple doc showing what results I have got so far and what I want.

There are no formulas in there just did manual fills to show.

Can you be more specific on "depending on what is written"? Do you just want it to change color if rate="sick"? See attached. You will need one rule for the tables on the left, another rule for the tables on the right.

You can set the 'trigger' in cells 'P1:P3' for the 3 different colors to show; Sick, Other, Test
