Hello, I have been unable to figure out the correct syntax to make this AVERAGEIFS function return the expected results. I'm just trying to find the averages as shown in cell DY2 on the Plan Year Percentages worksheet. I've tried SUMIFS and get 0, and AVERAGEIFS and get a #DIV/0 error, neither of which are accurate if I highlight the cell range I'm trying to average. I think it may have something to do with the date formats, but everything I can see seems to be formatted correctly. Thanks in advance!
