    Count number of times different words are in one column when a date in adjacent cell

    I have tried ifs, count, countifs and everything I can think of, but I'm at a loss. I enter a date in column I when an order is placed. I am trying to count the lead sources of the deals that close. So I want to count the number of times a word occurs in column H, but only when there is a date beside it. I have a chart that I am placing the count of different deal source values. For this example Distributor would be 2, Conference is 1 and the other possible deal sources would be 0. Thanks in advance. I'm at a loss.

    But it will be something like:

    =COUNTIFS(H2:H20,T2,I2:I20,"<>")
