Power Query: data difference PQ screen vs Excel worksheet

    Hi All,

I have data loaded from another file through PQ.
In the PQ screen my datums look correct (dd/mm/yyyy), but when all data is loaded to the worksheet the datums suddenly are 2027 (for 2023) and 2028 (for 2024) and the days are +1.
Can someone possibly explain what I'm doing wrong?

I'm grouping rows for that data*
    Example:
Person Y has worked for Project 1 on 14/01/2024 for 4 hours.
Person Z has worked for Project 1 on 14/01/2024 for 4 hours.
PowerQuery groups those two rows to: Project 1 on 14/01/2024 = 8h

PQ screen - last step in process:
