I need to reformat the Yahoo Finance format in Column A to the Russian Format in Column B yyyy.mm.dd

If your default setting of date is yyyy.mm.dd this may work

=DATE(1*RIGHT(A10,4),MONTH(LEFT(A10,3)&1),1*MID(A10,5,2))
