Avaibilyty GROUPBY and PIVOTBY for insiders

According to this site https://insider.microsoft365.com/en-...by-and-pivotby,
GROUPBY and PIVOTBY is available in version Windows: Version 2312 (Build 17116.10000) or later on. See bottom of this site.

I have insiders version 2401 (Build 17231.20084), but I still don't have GROUPBY or PIVOTBY.

After the update of MS Office, I shut down my PC again, restarted it and checked the version again. And it was still 2401 and GROUPBY was still unavailable.

Does anyone have an idea how this is possible and how I can make PIVOTBY and GROUPBY available?

It took a while for me to get it - you just have to wait, I am afraid. I am now on 2402 (17315.20000), but I got it in the last version of 2401 that I received.

There is anecdotal evidence to suggest that 64-bit installations get updates later than 32-bit - might be an urban myth, but mine is 64-bit and it took ages to come through. Beyond that, I don't know what else comes into play. Frustrating, I know, but no, you cannot force it to happen.

I presume Excel is telling you that it's up-to-date?

There are 2 different Insiders channels:

Current channel (preview) and Beta channel.

Now I have switched to Beta channel and now GROUPBY and PIVOTBY are available. .

Ah! Yes, I missed that in your comments - I'm on the beta channel.

These two functions will be revolutionary once widely available.
