Daily Highlight of Cells based on current date

Hi,

So on one of my work excels I would like to highlight cells with data that fall on the current date, in each column I have a date for each day of the year at the top and would like to highlight cells below that only contain data when we are on that day. I have been playing around with this for a few hours but cannot figure it out, I hope I make sense and I have attached a screenshot of part of the document I am using.
