adding weekly inventory that increases year total

I manufacture artwork... I use a simple spreadsheet that computes what products I need to make for my next show. What I'd like to do is have a yearly total of each product that I make. This sounds simple (and I hope you pros will prove that it is) but the only way I know how to get the number of products I need to make is to input my inventory after each sales event. So, there is no running total.

I was wondering if I added a button to each row in column F that would (macro?) add 1 to "Newly Made" and additionally add 1 to the yearly total. I suppose I'd need to be able to subtract as well due to mistakes and edits.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: adding weekly inventory that increases year total

If the Year Total is just the amount of newly made or even the sum of newly made and stock then column G could be filled with a formula.
If amount of newly made: =D2
If sum of newly made and stock: =SUM(C2:D2)
I don't know enough about VBA to know if/how you would add/subtract from the amount if the newly made column.
Question: At some point does the number of newly made get added to stock? If so what happens to the number in the newly made column?
