Multiple If Functions with Frequency

Hi

I have the following formula that allows me to calculate the number of individual entries within a mass of data regardless of how many times an individual appears.

SUM(--(FREQUENCY(IF((County!$K:$K=D30),County!$D:$D),County!$D:$D)>0))

K = Year Group
D = ID

I am now wanting to add in additional criteria to calculate Ethnicity (R) in conjunction with the above.

Can anyone help please?

1. Your current formula will be VERY inefficient and slow as it is looking at all 1,000,000 rows. Thtt is not needed, unless you have something approaching 1,000,000 rows. Do you?
