Remove repeated results from sheet (keeping one copy)

Hi Folks,

I have a workbook whereby I track usernames to make sure they are properly configured. Unfortunately, my users struggle to follow basic instructions.

My users register for a single account and then enrol on a number of training modules (each module they are enrolled on is recorded in the same register See Tab - "Raw Data". They may not always enrol on all the modules)

In the attached workbook, using a HR extract (See tab "Source Data", I've worked out how to identify if they've mis-configured their username and what it should be. Unfortunately, it gives me a result for each training module they have enrolled on to. (See the red Tab "Incorrect Username") so I end up with repetitions.

Ideally, I'd like to remove duplicate instances of the same result so I only get a single record of each 'user' (See the green Tab "Desired Output").

Can anyone point me in the right direction to help me achieve this. I have no objection to additional helper cells if it helps me achieve this.
