Formula for making multiple sentences

I am again working with a language building program. I need to have Excel combine each row of several different columns of varying lengths to give me all the possible sentence combinations. Per the attachment, I have each part of the sentence I want in a separate column and I want Excel to combine them. According to my calculation for the sample I provided, Excel should give me 128 different sentences. I tried "concatenate" but it only gives me a few combinations because the number of rows doesn't match between all the columns. I truly appreciate any help that you can give.

I don't see in the results of your formula that my columns B, D and E are included. Some of my columns will only have one option but still need to be able to form sentences based on that. How do we tweak this?
