    =IF(D6>=$E$9,"RETIRE","WKYR")


    D5, copied across:
    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =IF(D3="WKYR","YES","NO")


    Originally, you had in D3 (copied across):
    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =IF(D6>=$E9,"RETIRE","WKYR ")
    Note the space after WKYR
