Count based on month and location

Trying to come up with a formula to return a value total based on the month and location.

How about

Formula:

=SUMIFS($A:$A,$C:$C,$G4,$B:$B,">="&H$3,$B:$B,"<"&EDATE(H$3,1))

Another option in H4 only

Formula:

=SUMIFS($A:$A,$C:$C,$G4:G6,$B:$B,">="&H$3:U3,$B:$B,"<"&EDATE(+H$3:U3,1))

I was hopeing to add a futher formula to this sheet.

I'm looking to do a head count from Column A by month again and populate within the highlighted row on the attached.
