You can use this:
=SUBTOTAL(102,Table1[Reward])
The range will grow and contract as you add and delete rows and the total will change when you filter the table.

Do you want to count "integer number" (i.e, 4) only, or "decimal number" (i,e, 4.2) include?
Count Integer number only:
