Post Lookup formula help to extract multiple values based on one reference

    Hi All,
I am looking for a help to get the below problem solved

Sheet "Production Consumption" have batch wise consumption of Raw Materials for multiple products

Sheet "Costing", I am planning to use Batch Number as reference and once I select any batch number, all the data in table below batch number cell should get auto populated.

I am flexible to use any kind of formula to get this.

    Thanks for support in advance.

    Thanks
    Samrat

I agree it is unclear but if you have O365 is all you are wanting a filter formula?

    in d14 =FILTER('Production Consumption'!F4:F26,'Production Consumption'!A4:A26=J3)

and then similar for the other columns

Re: Lookup formula help to extract multiple values based on one reference

Thanks for your quick Reply and please find the attached file Lookup_Samrat_V1, wherein

Sheet "Production Consumption" is actual data output from my system and I am trying to build a batch costing template(sheet named "Costing") and this time I have populated this template manually to give a look what I am seeking.

Hope it gives clear inputs now..

    Thanks

    try:

    =FILTER('Production Consumption'!B4:K26,'Production Consumption'!A4:A26=Costing!B2)

and format column A as date

Clrea A5 to J15 on the Costing sheet, then this in A5:

    =FILTER('Production Consumption'!B4:K26,'Production Consumption'!A4:A26=Costing!B2)
    Attached Files Attached Files
