proper text except list of words

Hello friends:

I have a spilling array of text in D2#.

I want to PROPER this - EXCEPT for specific keywords which are listed under spilling array G2#.

Is there any way to perform this ? Thanks.

It works for D2, however I would like it to work as a spilling array for each piece of D2#, not only D2.

Any ideas?
