    working days and quarters

    Hello dear Community,

    I am kindly asking you experts to help me with this case : I have 2 given dates ( start , end ) and a correction factor (utilization) .
    I want to calculate how many working days are in each month between the given dates * utilization; and same thing per quarters .

    I attached a file for a better understanding.

    thank you so much and I am eager for a solution.

    have a nice day

    You haven't given any expected results. Add some manually, please.

    Re: working days and quarters

    How can F2 be correct when the end date is 03/12/2023? Are you SURE that your expected results are correct?

    No response ...

    So, a starter for 10 in D2:

    =NETWORKDAYS(TODAY(),EOMONTH(TODAY(),COLUMNS($D1:D1)-1))*$C2

    Are you able to extrapolate this for the rest of your table yourself?

    Re: working days and quarters

    I highlighted in red the updated expected results.
    after some testing, the formula add the number of days when i drag to right, month+(month+1)+(month+2)....(
    and it wont stop when the end date criteria is met.

    thank you very much

    Re: working days and quarters

    This should work if dates in column L are corrected (they should be 2024):

    =IF(D20>$B2,"",NETWORKDAYS(IF(COLUMN(D1)=4,TODAY(),D20),D21)*$C2)

    Re: working days and quarters

    Can't you have a go at adapting my formula yourself? Come on! You need to try to learn from all this help you're getting - at the moment, it's a one-way street, and as a retired teacher, I can't have that,

    Have a go - let me know what you try.
