Sending Automatic Whatsapp messages based on cell value

Fellow Excel enthusiasts,

Is there a formula (VBA or otherwise) which will AUTOMATICALLY send a Whatsapp message if a particular condition is met.
eg if cell value changes to a particular amount this will trigger the message (ie no prompt, the message is gone)
