Tracking between multiple dates

Hi everyone.

First day on this forum. Hope you guys are all right.

So, I'm trying to track between multiple days. If that is not possible then the day of the 'request was made" to the final delivery date.

Some cells are conditionally formatted and because of that Dates field would say "NA" to activate the grey formatting. Blank is orange and green is filled. I tried IFERROR so that all the "NA" in Dates column couldn't interupt in the calculation of number of days from the given dates. Then I used IFDATE to figure out how many days left but that can only be done for any 2 given dates.

This for delivery schedule for a construction site and my supervisor wants me to be able to track these deliveries.
