searching a drop down list to select data but actually choosing a diff column of data

I have a column of doctors names - Dr Joe Jones MD - i want to setup a drop down to choose from a list of Drs but I want that drop down list to be listed by last name alphabetically but to actually fill in the column with the full drs name including title, first name, last name and suffix.
Is there a way for me to setup a drop down list by last name, first name, title, suffix but it should actually fill in the column with title, firstname, last name , suffix?

column c on tab agenda is referencing validation list from validation lists tab column E but i would like after choosing from column E it should acually take the value from column F - column E is just for ease of finding last name
