SLA Exclude non-working Days, Weekend & Public Holidays
How to get the SLA with exclude non working hours (Monday - Friday 18:00pm - 8:59am), weekend (Saturday & Sunday) & public Holidays
Sample :-
A2 : TimeCommented 6/9/2023 22:53:00 PM
B2 : TimeResponded 7/9/2023 10:53:00 AM
D2:D6 : Public Holidays
F2 & G2 : Standard Working Hours 9:00am to 18:00pm
expectation result after minus weekend, public holidays & non working hours : total SLA is 1hrs 53min (1:53)
