Trying to pull a few values out of a text string - Stuck!

Hi - so I am trying to figure out the best way to pull out certain data from this excel sheet into a new clean column.
Basically...
- Column B (Asset Description) has a string of notes/text
- Some of these notes include a percentage and date that I need to pull out
- Of course they are not in a conformed order so was trying to do like Left/Rights etc. but couldn't figure out how to just pull out "if text has a %, then return that percent" type of thing.

- Example is... "7% Price increase effective 1/1/23 5% price increase, effective 1/1/22"
- I am trying to create a new column with Price Increase % and a new column with the date.

What are my options here? Is it a macro or something simple I am not thinking of!
