    Formula for counting the number of time certain text appears

    I need a formula in cell C3 of the CSAT Scores tab of the sheet that will total the number of times the text "Extremely Satisfied" and "Somewhat Satisfied" appears in column J of the YTD Details tab for the person's name in column L of the YTD Details tab matching the name of the person's name in cell B3 of the CSAT Scores tab.
