Xlookup not Showing Result

Hello,

I have an Xlookup formula I would like to use in my two tables. The formula should go on Detail sheet, in the Term Date column. It should lookup the value in A2 (etc.) in the Balances tables and return the value from the Balances table found in the Termination Date column.

I'm nearly positive the formula I have is correct, however, when I use it, the formula cell remains empty, even though I know there is a match (in my sample, it's 106008571). I've confirmed formatting, I've tried copying the data to a fresh workbook. I've even tried an IFERROR/INDEX/MATCH formula. I've tried it in the table or as a range, and nothing seems to be working. Help!
