Missing comma

Could someone assist me with correctly placing commas in a text segment in Excel? I am using the 'TEXTJOIN' formula in Excel, but this formula doesn't seem to take into account the correct positioning of commas. I have attached an example file. This shows that I work with three columns. Within some cells, there are multiple values separated by a comma. My aim is to separate the values in these three cells with a comma when they are concatenated, avoiding unnecessary commas and spaces.
