Help to modify conditional formatting formulas that display on time and late based on time

    Hello

I am using the following formulas to conditionally format my worksheet.

    Red: (Late)
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Green: (On time)
    Formula: copy to clipboard

The problem I noticed is when the scheduled time/date to be completed is the next day. If a task is completed (see row 5 for example) on July 1st @ 23:40 and is not scheduled to depart until July 2nd @1:30am it formats it red (late) and I would like it to be green. Is there a way to modify the formula so this does not happen? Please see attached worksheet.

    Thank you

Thank you! I noticed one small problem....

I would like it to remain green when the actual depart time is equal to scheduled depart time. Currently it turns red (late) if the two are equal and I'm not sure why.

Thanks for the feedback and rep .

Oh that's very messy for me.
Time for a strong cup of coffee.

The rep. I really didn't think it deserved. I was wrong twice. .

@Hans I forgot to mention on more problem I am having. I attached the file again to illustrate. It is regarding the formula in column D, displaying status of delivery "On time" or "Late". In cells D5:D7 it displays "Late" and it is not. Could you please show me how to use the new formula you helped me with to fix this problem.

    Figured It out thx hans.
