Conditional formatting- Highlighting cells besed on certain formulas

    Hello

I have some complex conditional formatting to do and I am always a bit stuck when it comes to formulas in conditional fomatting.

    What I would like:

--The current calendar week should have a geen bar, this should update automatically as the calendar week changes. The current calendar week on the top can be seen by the beige colour. But I would like all the bars to be green from CW 1 to current CW.

--The completion percentage of a project should be highlighted in red. So say, for a project we have 10 weeks and the completion percentage is 80%, the first 8 calendar weeks should be red.

    Thank you for your help!

Note: Images are difficult to see , and also requires that I input all the data myself, which means I may make an error, which is very time consuming, and from my point of view less likely to get a response, if a complicated spreadsheet.

A sample sheet would help here, and possibly will enable a quicker and more accurate solution for you.

The forum does allow for spreadsheets to be uploaded direct to the forum -

Please see the Yellow Banner at the top of the page explaining how to attach a sample spreadsheet

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

Here are the instructions, found at the top of the page again
Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. For a new thread (1st post), scroll to Manage Attachments, otherwise scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

    not following the question

--The current calendar week should have a geen bar, this should update automatically as the calendar week changes.
you have a conditional formatting rule for =$C$3
so that changes automatically to match the week

The current calendar week on the top can be seen by the beige colour. But I would like all the bars to be green from CW 1 to current CW.
dont see a beige colour , not sure what CW 1 to Current CW means

some examples as suggested of expected results manually entered would possibly help

--The completion percentage of a project should be highlighted in red.
when should that be highlighted red - examples would help here too

So say, for a project we have 10 weeks and the completion percentage is 80%, the first 8 calendar weeks should be red.
again some examples - high lighted and why would help again

    sorry , i'm not following,
