Need a formula to transfer the multiple lines of the data from each the cells of the rows

I would like to use the formula to transfer the multiple lines of the data from each of the cells of the rows in the excel sheet to a separate sheet in the same Book by splitting the lines of the cell of a row in to separate rows or to a new sheet in a different Book. Each of the cells in a row has 1 to 5 lines of data, across six columns. Example 1. The transferred data would look like Example 2.
There are approx. 300 rows, each row is populated with the data in a similar manner.

Many Thanks for the response. I am not familiar with the Power Query, what I have to do with the code you have provided? Please guide me, step by step. Pardon my ignorance.

Power Query is a free AddIn for Excel 2010 and 2013, and is built-in functionality from Excel 2016 onwards (where it is referred to as "Get & Transform Data").

It is a powerful yet simple way of getting, changing and using data from a broad variety of sources, creating steps which may be easily repeated and refreshed. I strongly recommend learning how to use Power Query - it's among the most powerful functionalities of Excel.
