Excel Round down function

A little tricky to explain, but I want to round down a XXX,XXX.XX to XXX so for example:
?465,003.18 =
400
?439,702.19 = 400
?334,976.66 = 300
?268,572.22 = 200
?264,402.76 = 200
?182,103.14 = 100
?153,391.87 = 100
?124,811.24 = 100
?124,038.52 = 100

There may be a better function, please see the attached spreadsheet. The income generated will dictate which club they rank, note: the club rank is always rounded down.

Ignore the ? they were currency signs but changed when I posted!
