Showing a Cell as Blank with a Prefilled Formula Until Data is Entered on another sheet

Hi! This is what I am looking to do:
See attached Workbook.
I want to enter the "Contract Date" Into the "Project Log Sheet."
I currently have the "Project Timeline, Project Invoicing and Project Budget" sheets referencing the "Contract Date" on the "Project Log" Sheet.
I have prefilled and dragged down my formulas in each column for the "Project Timeline, Project Invoicing and Project Budget" sheets but am seeing "0" and "1/0/1900" for fields that are linking to blank cells on the "project log" sheet.
I would like these to show as blank, but still hold the formulas needed for the calculations in that sheet.

Is this possible?
