    Please try in A3 and copy down
    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =IF('Project Log'!E2="","",'Project Log'!E2)
    Please try in B3 and copy down
    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =IF('Project Log'!G2="","",'Project Log'!G2)
    Please try in C3 and copy down
    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =IF('Project Log'!B2="","",'Project Log'!B2)
    Please try in E3 and copy down:
    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    IF(C3="","",C3+D3)
    and so on and so on .....
