    Conditional Formatting to Indicate On Schedule or Behind Schedule based on Times

    Hello

    I was wondering what formula you would use to conditional format row 2 and 3 based on the time completed. Column A shows (date/scheduled time) and column B shows (actual time completed). Row 2 is green since it was completed ahead of time and row 3 is red since it was completed late. See attached

    Thx

    Re: Conditional Formatting

    Green:

    =MOD(B2,1)<=MOD(A2,1)

    Red:

    =MOD(B2,1)>MOD(A2,1)

    Re: Conditional Formatting

    Thank you!

    Still having problems with it could you take a look please. Cells A2/B2/B3 are green and A3 is red. I must have something wrong.

    Re: How to set up conditional formatting (looking at time)

    No - still too generic.

    Use this: "Conditional Formatting to Indicate On Schedule or Behind Schedule based on Times".

    No help until this is done, please.
