Formula for getting all names just once wether they are duplicate of unique

Dear All;
Could someone assist me in creating a sheet called "Analysis" that performs calculations based on the combinations of data in Columns A, B, and C from another sheet named "LHW Monthly Progress"? Currently, the sheet functions correctly when I manually enter values into Columns A, B, and C of the Analysis sheet.

However, I am facing difficulties in automatically displaying all unique values in the Analysis sheet's columns as soon as data is entered into the "LHW Monthly Progress" sheet. Ideally, when a combination of data is entered into the "LHW Monthly Progress" sheet, it should be added to the Analysis sheet, and the corresponding value in Column F to column Q.
