Average if formular

Hello my friends
i need to use averageif formular but it gives ######
i have data from r9:r267 and those data have names from c9:c267. I tried to use this formular =averageif(c9:c267,n268,r9r267) an 268 i used as a name reference for that formular but it didn't work see the sample of my work sheet
i want that formular to work in cell o268 and i used yellow colour to show it

I've use the same formula

=AVERAGEIF(C9:C267,N268,R9:R267)

it's give me 141.8
