How to display 0.000 in the result of a XLOOKUP formula

    Hello Gurus,

I am using a simple XLOOKUP function to pull data from another worksheet. There are cells with 0.000 listed. The formula works fine pulling all the decimal numbers, but the ones that are in 0.000 are coming in as blanks. I do want it to display as 0.000. I do not want to use the Option formula where all blanks are displayed as 0. I want them as 0.000 and only in that specific column. Is there a way to get it to be displayed as 0.000 rather than as blanks? I do need the column to display as decimal numbers. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not know any reason that a 0 value would be displayed as a blank, unless you have set the option to show zeroes as blank (there is no option to show blanks as zeroes). Have you checked that? The option is buried so it is unlikely you did it by accident, but it would only take a few seconds to check.

I think you have some display format issues in your file so we can't just give you a fix for your formula. For that matter you didn't even give us the formula. Can you attach your file for further review?
