connecting formulas to option buttons

Hello Excel Gurus,

I want to connect the if formula with the option button as if option 1 click will add a specific cell if option 2 will be the false test in if

the needed cell is C16 where the C9 value will be added if we chose option 1, and no addition in option 2, in the runway sheet in the attached file
