create a yearly monthly account package split into months

I am trying to create a yearly monthly account package split into months (i know how to do this) each week in April I owe £7.50 but I paid this in advance in March, how do I get it to show that I owe £7.50 per week but I'm in credit and it won't show on my sheet as an income for April

Any help is appreciated, please
