    Number Format

Hello all. In the excel i attach there is a number which corresponds to a duration in seconds. For instance Cell A2 is a 30 second duration shown as 30:01:00 where 30 corresponds to seconds and 01 corresponds to milliseconds.
I would like to write a formula that will sum the duration in Cell B16 in min format. For instance in this case the sum of seconds is 338.5. How can i make it show the sum as 5 mins, 38 seconds and 5 milliseconds.

What you are showing is 30 hours and 1 minute. You'd need to divide by 3600 (60 * 60) to reduce that down to seconds. Then use Custom Format ss.000.
