Average non contiguous cells ignore blanks and zeros

I am trying to average the following (some of the cells will be blank or have zeros at times):

=average(L5,S5,Z5,AG5,AN5,AU5,BB5,BI5,BP5,BW5,CD5,CK5,CR5,CY5,DF5,DM5,DT5,EA5,EH5,EO5,EV5,FC5,FJ5,FQ5,FX5,GE5,GL5,GS5,GZ5,HG5,HN5)

I tried an ifaverage formula also... still no go.

help.

use Power Query
- transform to column
- filter by null and zeroes
-calculate average

Sandy I knew the day would come when I needed to learn Power Query!
