Find and replace in new line

Hi, I have an excel to find certain character to count how many jobs completed. Sometimes job are assigned to individual and sometimes more than one person. I able to separate out if is individual. But not able to capture if job are assigned to 2 people.

Example as attached.

If job are assigned to more than 1, how can I add the second name to next line? My formula is in A2.

If you do not have the functions (REDUCE - LAMBDA - HSTACK - VSTACK - TEXTSPLIT - WRAPROWS - DROP) this solution will not be suitable.

If the formula used for Multiple Rows
is to apply formula (Only One Row) for each row of data and combine the results with the VSTACK function.
