    Conditional Formatting Partial Duplicates within different colums and rows

    I want from my example (of course I have thousand differnt numbers and texts) to be able to apply Conditional formatting and get the duplicate results. I have marked with yellow the matches(and with red the reason for matched). Is there any formula that can be used?Photo attached. Thanks!!
