Hi,
35 x Users are using the same spreadsheet, but access their own their own individual one on Microsoft Teams private channel where the file is synced.
The hyperlink with the friendly name generates a #VALUE! error in the cell.* It is a hyperlink to a template saved to their local desktop.
The friendly name populates, and hyperlink works, for all users whose folder path is C:\Users\UserID\Desktop\.
The formula does not work for users who synced their desktop to OneDrive meaning their folder path reads as*C:\Users\UserID\OneDrive - Company Name\.
The problem I have is that even after un-syncing these users' desktop from OneDrive, when they open the spread sheet on their Teams channel, the formula still gives a #VALUE! error.
I can confirm that all users use Office 365 and selections under Options is no different to users who never synced their desktops to OneDrive.
Could this be a compatibility issue, and if so, what is it? Or does Excel somehow retain memory of the previous folder path to the OneDrive folder?
Any assistance will be appreciated.
