Counting Cells with Text and nested IF AND Formula

Hello everyone,

I have a range of verbs from Low to High (Low, Medium, High), which are illustrated as L, M, H. I want to count them, and based on their numbers in total, find a solution.

In the attached file, I tried to illustrate it.

For an example: IF there are 2L, 2M, and 2H in the related cells, the output is equal to Acceptable.
IF there are 2L, 1M, and 3H in the related cells, the output is equal to again Acceptable.

I have 27 rules.

How can I describe it with 1 formula?
