Question If yes/no link to data from another tab

Hi from Wisconsin, USA. I am using the if then X formula, but finding I have to add the if then "x" manually. I would like to have the data in column "f" to reflect the set aside for $rent from the "supporting data" tab. If column e reads "yes" then I would like the data in "f" to pull from a different cell in the Supporting Data tab.

    Example:

    tab 1BR
If Cell E2 reads no, then F2 would display cell B11 from supporting data tab.
If Cell E2 reads yes, then F2 would display cell F16 from the supporting data tab.

Currently the best thing I can think of is a Find all replace to update the yes and no when rents change. Any direction will be welcome, thank you!
