Pivot calculation error when adding another level

Hi,

Attached a sample. Basically have 2 sheets and have it broken down in a pivot. The pivot has one calculated field and it's properly calculating at the program and department level. But when I add job to the pivot that's where it goes wrong, I'm just stumped.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
