Hi All. I recently posted this issue on Mr. Excel, but got no response, so I would like to post it here to see if anyone can help.

I have an issue that is cropping up with the formula (see attached workbook). When I close the spreadsheet and open it up again, I get #VALUE! errors in all the cells that use the formula. If I manually click into either Cell 1A/1B and either 4A/4B and press enter, it fixes the issues. This error crops up whether the cells in column A/B are blank, contain numbers or has text. I also formatted the cell as numbers. Not sure what is happening, but appreciate any help. Thanks.
