Compond interest/inflation estimate

Hi all,

I am struggling over something and it seems I am fully stuck.

Following scenario (see attached file):

Various countries, have different budget categories (A,B), and these budgets vary in different future years. We anticipate an annual inflation, which is only applied from July. However, I need to know the budget per fiscal year.
So budgets are changing and inflation% are changing for all countries and budget categories annually, but only applied from July of that year. Of course, inflation always impacts all future years as well. I need to know the required budget increase in 2023-2025.
