I would like to be able to enter a percentage in K3 that would change the list price in all of the cells in B. Is that possible?

with additional column
is that what you want?
if you don't want additional column you'll need vba
I'm not sure I understand what you want. If you want to overwrite the current values in column B with the values that would give a fixed Gross Margin, then the first step is to use a little algebra to solve the formula for gross margin (appears to be GM=(B-A)/B=1-A/B) for B, then enter that formula into column B. If you don't want to overwrite the values in column B, solve the formula for B, then enter that formula where you want these results to be (in column E or F or wherever).
Assuming you can do the algebra, the spreadsheet programming should be straightforward. If you are stuck on the algebra, let us know and someone should be able to help with the algebra problem.
