In C4 copied up to N16
For CF to fill Grey. Select C$:N15
=IF(IF(MONTH($A450)<4,MONTH($A4&0)+12,MONTH($A4&0))<IF(MONTH(C$3&0)<4,MONTH(C$3&0)+12,MONTH(C$3&0)),$B4*C$1,"")
=C4=""
Pl note
Array formula should be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter keys together.
