Post Workday.Intl Formula subtracting Downtime and Sundays (please HELP!)

I need Workday.Intl formula to correctly show me the estimated end date by subtracting Fixed Downtime hours (lunch breaks). I am desperate for solving this problem as I have been trying for a few days now. (I have attached an excel file for the details). Any help will be highly appreciated!
